If so, this role could be just for you.

Our client, a professional charity based in the heart of Westminster, is looking for a Records Manager or experienced Records Officer for a permanent post.
Working closely with the IT Delivery manager and the Head of Knowledge Information, the post holder will advise on obligations around the Public Records Act, The Freedom of Information Act, Data Protection and Environmental Information issues.
Reviewing the organisations archiving and retention policy, the incumbent will be supporting and advising on compliance, Health and Safety, and government related documentation. The post holder will also have responsibility for a Records Clerk.

To be considered for this role candidates must have a thorough understanding of all the Acts listed above and have experience of managing archives. In addition to this the successful candidate with have excellent IT skills and be adept at managing services and systems.
Ideally we are looking for candidates who have a security clearance although we are willing to see candidates who do not have this but understand they will be subject to this should they be successful.
