Director of Finance and Administration
Minority Rights Group International (MRG) works to secure rights for ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities across the world and to promote cooperation between communities
We are looking to recruit a Director of Finance and Administration to develop and ensure the effective management of MRG finances and central support services.
Successful candidates will have 5 years experience of overall financial management of a charity/similar organisation (or a branch or division or similar) with a turnover of £1,000,000 or above (3 years experience if the candidate holds a ACCA or CIMA qualification). This experience should include periods of managing staff, payroll, buildings, IT and administration. It should also include preparing accounts for audit and managing complex income streams.
MRG is currently undertaking a review of the human resources function at MRG and it is possible that responsibility for HR could be moved to this post. This will be discussed at interview with shortlisted candidates.
