We are looking for a Trust Fundraising Manager to lead a team to secure income for an incredible homelessness charity.

The Company
A homelessness charity and housing association providing a bed and support to those who are either homeless or at risk, and work to end homelessness and rebuild lives.

The Role
The post will have up to three direct reports
To maintain and build the trust portfolio of donors, including developing coordinated stewardship plans.
Prepare and write regular progress reports, in line with requirements of the trust or foundation.
To develop internal and external appeals, where appropriate, and effective cases for support of projects.
Make tailored applications to large trusts, ensuring that applications match the interests and giving potential of each funder, as well as the organisational objectives
Develop and maintain a regular stewardship programme with trusts including project visits, meetings with operational staff and newsletters.
Contribute to the development, planning and implementation of the fundraising strategy.

The Candidate
Experience of working in, and growing income from trusts and foundations.
Extensive experience of writing successful trust and foundation applications.
Stewardship experience the job requires the ability to manage and prioritise a portfolio of donors, working to deadlines and agreed targets.
Experience of soliciting gifts from funders, including face to face and written applications.
Experience of leading and managing staff/ team of people.
