We are looking for a highly motivated Corporate Fundraiser with a passion for new business who has experience of managing large scale corporate relationships.

The Company

The Role
Raise funds from companies and corporate foundations in line with ambitious plans.
Secure profitable, multi-layered (and preferably long term) relationships with corporate supporters through meetings, presentations, applications, mailings, project visits and other events.
Develop prospects into meaningful partners, ensuring not only cash and Charity of the Year support but unique resources, services and expertise.
Ensure effective account management of existing corporate relationships to continue long term support and maximise their giving potential.
Make tailored funding applications to corporate foundations, matching the interest and giving potential of funders.
Produce accurate and emotive funding reports to partner as appropriate.
Work with the Corporate Partnership Manager to develop attractive strategic proposals for sponsorship, cause related marketing and media partnerships.

The Candidate
Experience of working in a fundraising environment and growing income from companies.
Experience of making applications to funders, including written applications and face to face presentations.
A sound understanding of the interests and working methods of companies in various sectors.
Account management experience the job requires the ability to manage and prioritise a portfolio of diverse companies, working to deadlines and agreed targets.
Experience of organising (planning and implementing) successful donor events.
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
