Prospectus is delighted to be working exclusively to recruit a high level Personal Assistant for a very busy and established entrepreneur.

Based in offices in South Buckinghamshire, the position of Personal Assistant will be working with a dynamic team and contributing to the overall success of this exciting organisation.
Providing a highly efficient administrative service on truly a one to one basis the post-holder will be managing the chairman's inbox, scheduling meetings, organising travel and diplomatically communicating with multiple and high level stakeholders.
This is an exceptionally busy role and will see the successful candidate performing a broad range of duties and the ideal candidate will be highly organised and very efficient, with a flexible and adaptable approach.

In order to be considered for this highly prestigious opportunity we are looking for exceptional Personal or Executive Assistants with demonstrable experience supporting at Chief Executive or Board level either from an investment banking or a design agency background.
With significant experience of engaging with a broad range of personalities, the successful candidate will be adept at complex diary management, minuting meetings, and thinking ahead in order to plan effectively.
In addition to this, candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to prioritise effectively with often conflicting demands.
