About the role

The Senior Database Officer role is a diverse and fast paced role based within the Fundraising Operations team. An aptitude for contact management systems, preferably Raiser’s Edge is imperative to excel in this role, combined with a firm understanding of data integrity.

You will be required to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to meet tight deadlines for data delivery. A working knowledge of SQL and database architecture would be very advantageous.

Skills and abilities

We would like to hear from you if you have experience of using a relational database and can evidence working with a variety of teams, suppliers and other agencies to import, export and manipulate data meeting project and activity deadlines.

A key part of the role will be evaluating existing processes seeking new ways of working that reduce staff time and/or increase data integrity. The successful candidate must have excellent communications and organisational skills with an ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
