Surrey Community Action is seeking to fill the following role to deliver the “Inspiring Enterprise” project; working with unemployed and economically inactive people in West Surrey to help them create and run their own Social Enterprise. It is run in partnership with WSX Enterprise and Action Hampshire and is funded by the Building Better Opportunities programme of the Big Lottery and European Social Fund.
21 hours per week. £19,000 pa pro rata (£11,400) plus 5% pension. Based in Burpham, Guildford. Flexible working available.
This role is to provide administrative support to the Inspiring Enterprise project across West Surrey. It includes keeping accurate records of activities, financial performance and other monitoring and evaluation requirements, in addition to provide some pastoral support to project participants. The post holder will organise project events and coordinate local project marketing including social media and PR, and will check eligibility of participants through their supporting documentation.
The right candidate will be a skilled administrator, detail focused with meticulous attention to detail. Ideally, they will be familiar with EU funding and have experience of handling sensitive personal data.
