Service Development Specialist

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about creating positive change and who can see the bigger picture and also be able to get into the detail when needed. You will be responsible for innovating and supporting the development of new and existing services, opportunities and initiatives to meet organisational priorities.

 As a member of the market development team you’ll contribute to projects across a variety of topics .You’ll be working with colleagues across Citizens Advice and frontline staff across England and Wales to develop services that truly meet the needs of our clients. You’ll represent Citizens Advice externally to partners and stakeholders.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a thorough knowledge of systems and business analysis techniques, outcomes- based service delivery and financial modelling to employ those techniques to ensure new and improved services for clients.
