We are currently working with a small sheltered housing charity based in East Finchley who are looking for a strong and experienced administrator to provide a range of support to multiple functions including some PA duties to the CEO.
This is a great chance to get involved with variety of tasks and helping get policies and procedures in place. You will be responsible for managing the Chief Executive’s diary including managing travel arrangements and accommodation and the booking and set-up of venues where necessary.
You will continuously look to improve the quality of services, responding positively to feedback and complaints and be reponsible for the administration and monitoring of complaints received.
Working with the Corperate Services Manager to provide adminstrative support to the recruitment and selection process including preparation for inhouse training, updating HR records and providing statistics and reports upon request.
Responsible for maintaining and developing the charities’s website and social media
To support internal communcations across the staff and sites including organising staff events and social activities
Assisting the outsourced finance team with general queries, expenses and invoices.
