Prospect Research Manager
A fantastic opportunity has come through for a Prospect Research Manager for a Health Charity in London. You will maximise income in the Philanthropy team by driving the team's prospect research strategy and leading on prospect management systems. There will be a specific focus on high level engagement of donors and prospects at the £100K+ level. You will ideally have experience of managing a team and be a driven, forward thinking individual.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the organisational strategy for developing and implementing a pipeline of high net worth individuals, in conjunction with the Head of Philanthropy in order to ensure the ongoing development, expansion and renewal of the prospect pool
-Manage the development of prospect pipelines, including identification, allocation and the operation of the charity's prospect management system for major gift prospects
-Support the Appeal Board and Director of Appeals with prospect intelligence at the highest levels
-Oversee and distribute monthly portfolio report, activity report, and KPI dashboards
-Oversee systems and procedures around a moves management system is recorded in line with relevant policies and procedures e.g. data security and confidentiality
-Manage, lead and motivate two members of staff

Skills and Experience:
-Excellent knowledge of the principles of major gift fundraising to include identification, research, solicitation and stewardship
-Extensive experience and expert knowledge of desk-based research tools to support donor development
-Proven experience of developing or managing a research function within a high achieving fundraising team
-Experience of developing and implementing processes which drive fundraising
