Eden Brown are delighted to once again be working with this terrific sustainability charity in their search for a Business Account Manager to provide a competent, integrated support service to businesses and organisations across a wide range of sectors in Wales. The role will support delivery of the charity's existing programmes for the recycling and reprocessing sector, facilitate business growth and accelerate the use of recycled content in manufacturing.

Our Business Account Manager (BAM) will assess businesses' requirements and identify and secure appropriate internal support from the charity's programmes as well as external agencies. They will subsequently take a lead role in managing the on-going process on behalf of the client as appropriate, and maintain a relationship, both to ensure that desired outcomes are achieved, and to identify further opportunities for joint working. The BAM will also be required to provide expert advice and support in Resource Efficiency (RE) to clients enabling them make decisions which deliver results and supporting organisational behaviour change to embed the principles of RE. All projects will be delivered using defined management processes, software and documentation.

This is a stimulating and exciting role for someone with a keen interest and in-depth knowledge of the Resource Efficiency sector and an opportunity to work for a leading voice in the sustainability arena. We are therefore looking for someone with a demonstrable track record delivering RE to a wide variety of organisations, a proven ability to engage stakeholders to deliver outcome based targets and strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.

It is essential that our chosen candidate has an innate understanding of how businesses operate (MBA or relevant business qualification would be highly desirable) e.g. experience of marketing, PR and communications techniques to influence behaviour change. You should also be able to demonstrate evidence of delivering successful projects of varying sizes and complexity; knowledge and experience of project management tools and software packages would be extremely beneficial too.
