About BTA (Bruce Tait Associates)

To recruit in Scotland, you need to understand Scotland

Since Bruce Tait Associates was formed in 2003 we have recruited over 700 members of staff for Scottish charities, making us Scotland’s leading voluntary sector recruitment agency. We recruit for all levels of post, but have particular specialities in recruiting for Chief Executives and Fundraisers.

All of our team have worked at a senior level in the voluntary sector in Scotland. That’s what helps us excel at recruiting for charities. That’s where our passion for charities comes from. That’s what makes us outstanding at what we do.

Here’s how the Chief Executive of Lothian Autistic Society described our service:

“Bruce Tait Associates were professional and efficient from day one and I am delighted that we found the right candidate – just like you said we would! Everything went smoothly from the day we called, through to the offer to the successful candidate. It has saved us a fortune in time”.

If you’d like a chat about how we can help you find great staff in Scotland, we’d be delighted to hear from you. Call us now on 01786 849759.
