Leonard Cheshire Disability is a charity that supports disabled people in the UK and internationally. It is a major social care provider and runs numerous employment, volunteering and digital inclusion projects, as well as campaigning for equality for disabled people.

The charity is currently recruiting for a number of exciting senior marketing and fundraising roles involving brand development, profile building and income generation to fund ambitious growth.

We support tens of thousands of disabled people around the globe on their individual journey toward independence and in so doing enable society’s progress toward an inclusive world.

What exciting projects are you working on?

We are expanding our reach and impact significantly, specifically ensuring that young disabled people in the UK and the developing world have the skills and confidence to participate fully in education, volunteering and employment opportunities. 

What roles are you recruiting for?

We’re recruiting for a number of senior leadership roles in a newly created marketing and fundraising directorate, charged with brand development, profile building and income generation to fund ambitious growth. There are also a variety of opportunities across our organisation emerging as we shape our charity to achieve its ambitious plans in the future.

What kind of person are you looking for?

Individuals will be determined to succeed, possess a strong drive and determination, be creative, be able to lead by example and be able to build relevance with new audiences with powerful storytelling.

What training and development opportunities do you offer?
