Location: Hybrid with the flexibility to work remotely (Based from one of the charity's four national offices, i.e. London, Edinburgh, Cardiff or Belfast) 
Salary: £47,692 - £53,111 per annum plus excellent benefits 
Salary Band: Band H1

About this job 
The charity is looking for a passionate and dedicated people person to lead their Digital Programme function. 

You’ll have an important role in the Digital and Content team, overseeing their digital and content programme, including leading a team of project, production and technical managers, and overseeing the management of all digital projects (including technical projects, product development and content/marketing projects). 

As an experienced people manager you’ll always be looking for ways to empower and motivate your team. You’ll love collaborative working, and you’ll be working with senior stakeholders to develop the rolling digital and content roadmap that supports the charity's strategy, objectives and the needs of their users.

This will include the scoping and creation of new platforms such as the replacement of their CMS, an innovative new customer journey product (powered by machine intelligence), self-management tools and major campaigns and appeals. 

They are looking for the successful candidate to have proven experience in areas such as:
•    using a clearly defined digital project management methodology (eg. Waterfall or Agile).  
•    managing a programme budget. 
•    agency management including successful resolution of challenges within projects. 

You’ll be highly organised, with meticulous planning skills and attention to detail, results and delivery focussed and have a creative energy, with a keen interest in technology and innovation.

You’ll be joining this charity at an exciting stage of their digital programme as they shape the way they engage with supporters. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and vibrant team, who are dedicated to making a difference for people with MS.
