Through our national and international campaigning and policy work women@thewell seeks to influence, shape and change the legislative environment regarding sexual exploitation.

As director you will report to the CEO and assume responsibility for strategic and operational development, fundraising, partnerships, communications and media, research and training. The director will ensure they uphold the policy and practice of the charity, ensure the management of income and deliver programmes which tie in with women@thewell’s key objectives.
