Senior Operational Lead CRM
Location: UK Flexible
Hours: 35 per week
Contract: 12 months fixed term
Salary: Circa £73,500 per annum (Plus inner London weighting allowance of £3,344 if applicable)
The Role
The Senior Operational Lead will be instrumental in the design, scope, and delivery of a successful CRM solution, representing the interests of the end users across all fundraising teams and the interests of the SRO (Chief Supporter Officer). The role will have delegated responsibility to act on behalf of the SRO and will focus on ensuring the programme successfully delivers against stated scope, within its budget and is set-up to meet the stated benefits.
The role will work very closely with the Directorate Management Team and other senior leaders in Fundraising & Supporter Engagement Directorate (FRSE) who are the Workstream Leads within the programme, plus their assigned Product Leads, to ensure that effective deployment of resources and prioritisation of the programme occurs. Efficient decision making is critical to the delivery of the CRM+ Programme and the Senior Operational Lead will ensure that appropriate steps are taken to keep the programme on-track through their timely resolution.
Person specification
- Strategic and analytical commercial thinker with a data driven mind-set
- Expertise in supporter or customer insight
- Good understanding of full customer lifecycle and awareness of related technology and data
- Skilled negotiator with strong conflict resolution capabilities
- Comprehensive understanding of enterprise-level Customer Relationship Management system(s)
- Involvement in the design, development, and implementation of a CRM system
- Stakeholder and matrix management
- Worked at senior level within NFP organisation
