We have a vision for world leading cancer support and you will develop the innovative fundraising concepts which will help raise the money needed to improve the lives of everyone affected by cancer.

This unrivalled opportunity will put you – and Macmillan – at the forefront of the charity sector and see you work autonomously to develop the products, propositions and ideas which will provide the funds to transform cancer care.

With responsibility for the development of fundraising products, you will work across Macmillan to grow and nurture an efficient and effective product pipeline. Contributing to aspects of team strategy, planning and implementation, you’ll champion and embody the fundraising development approach that ensures products are based on insight and deliver to shared objectives.

The role demands a strong creative thinker whose strategic results-focus and problem-solving skills are equally strong, and you must also demonstrate the application of highly-developed facilitation, influencing and people skills.

Whether your experience comes from the commercial or charity sectors, your track record must evidence product or proposition development which has delivered substantial and tangible organisational value. You must also possess the passion and professionalism that ensures you keep abreast of key trends, issues and activities relevant to product development, fundraising and cancer care.
