About the role
 
This is an exciting time of growth and development at our Operations Centre based in Birmingham. We are looking to recruit a Supporter Care Admin Assistant. The Operations Centre is responsible for providing support to the BHF's award-winning Fundraising division and high-quality customer service to BHF's supporters. 
 
You will be responding to enquiries from supporters, receiving and processing donations and ensuring requested materials are delivered on time in a busy, fast-paced team. With a 'can do', positive attitude you will have the ability to inspire an enquirer to become a supporter of the BHF.
 
About you
 
Demonstrable experience of working under pressure in a charity or commercial customer care office environment is desirable. You will have a keen eye for detail and accuracy. IT literate, you'll have a good knowledge of CRM systems or other database packages and possess exceptional communication, customer service and organisational skills.
