Role summary

We are recruiting for a Case for Support Writer to join our Philanthropy and Partnership team and support them in delivering ambitious targets by delivering a comprehensive programme of tailored cultivation and stewardship activity that is designed to attract, engage and retain BHF’s highest value supporters. 

Producing and maintaining a series of compelling and creative case for support documents around key strategic priorities you will work with colleagues across the organisation to develop a strong and creative portfolio of funding opportunities.

You will also provide support across the Corporate and Philanthropy teams and engage with key teams to work up and present compelling proposal, bids and updates around key activities.

About you

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the principles of the Data Protection Act, GDPR, ICO guidelines, and relevant legislation and guidelines and how it impacts on prospect and donor development.

With excellent communication skills you will have previous experience of writing successful bids and proposals, to an exceptional high standard and to deadlines. You’ll be able to use innovative techniques to come up with creative and new ways of presenting information to engage with our supporters.

Motivated by high standards you will to work accurately and systematically with excellent attention to detail and be able to develop strong working relationships with the team ensuring excellent pieces of work are produced and maintained to attract and enrage with new supported to the BHF.
