The British Heart Foundation (BHF) is in the process of an organisation-wide transformation programme and requires talented, dedicated and dynamic Project Managers to join our Business Change team to let in our fight for every heartbeat.

About the role
 
We are looking for an IT Security Project Manager to join our talented team and play a pivotal role in assisting in the oversight of the BHF's compliance and security programme. 

You will be an interface across the BHF and focus on overseeing the management of IT projects including planning, organising, staffing, leading, and controlling project activities.

You’ll be provided with the opportunity to deliver end-to-end projects within our Security Programme of work, during this period of major business transformation.

About you

The successful candidate will have Project Management qualifications in one or both of PRINCE2 or Agile, as well as experience with MS Project, MS SharePoint and Office tools.

You will have a proven track record of successful delivery of IT projects, throughout all stages of the project lifecycle. With excellent communication and organisational skills you will be able to build strong relationships with key project stakeholders ensuring key information is logged and shared as appropriate. You will also be experienced at budget management. 

Experienced at managing projects involving a high degree of stakeholder engagement and change you will have good analytical skills with a disciplined and precise approach to problem solving, ensuring key project deadlines are met.

We need a proactive, people person who has experience working in a geographically diverse organisation in a Head Office function, with a flexible and realistic approach to key projects, strong project management skills and the desire to deliver.
