Role summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an Implementation Project Manager to join our fight for Every Heartbeat on a 1 year fixed term contract in our Service Innovation and Evaluation team.

You will ensure the successful delivery of projects within our Implementation into Practice programme. These projects form a key component of our strategy to improve outcomes for people at risk of, or living with cardiovascular disease through innovative models of care.

You will project manage projects across the four nations from the pre-award stage through to implementation and go live stages ensuring that all key deliverables are successfully planned monitored and delivered in a timely fashion with accompanying risk and issues management.  
In addition you will support the development of a robust project framework for future projects of this nature, utilising lessons learnt within a continuous improvement environment.

About you 

The successful applicant will have a recognised Project or Programme Management Practitioner level qualification backed up with a strong track record of leading and managing complex projects from inception to delivery. In addition you’ll have exemplary communication skills and have a successful track record of developing and maintaining strong and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as setting up and running successful project steering groups.
