Role summary

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our fight and take responsibility for supply chain management across our Prevention, Survival and Support Directorate.

Reporting to the Head of Content you will be responsible for liaising with key external partners to ensure that we fulfil key resources including vital information, merchandise and marketing materials.  In accordance with BHFs policies, guidance and procedures this role will include; central administration support, stock management, liaison with external partners and internal stock owners to ensure we deliver these services in the most timely and cost-effective way.

About you

You'll be a confident self-starter with the ability to manage complex internal and supplier relationships to ensure a smooth experience for BHF customers. This could be an individual or healthcare professional ordering information from us, or ensuring that refreshments reach competitors in our iconic London to Brighton Bike Ride.

You'll be responsible for ensuring SLAs are met and where they aren't that performance issues are tackled in a timely and professional manner.

The role requires demonstrable evidence of project management skills, influencing skills and the ability to manage complex relationships. You’ll foster a culture of continuous improvement seeking out cost-savings wherever possible while maintaining high-quality service and a seamless customer experience.
