Role summary

Our Mass Participation team has developed a number of key fundraising initiatives that are aimed at increasing awareness and generating income for the BHF, including Wear It Beat It, Dechox and MyMarathon. We are looking to recruit a Mass Participation Marketing Manager to join us in our fight for every heartbeat.

You'll be responsible for developing and delivering new and pre-existing Mass Participation activities that drive both supporter engagement and income to fund key BHF research projects. Your main focus will be to lead multiple events, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to enhance our supporter’s experience of the BHF.

About you

Supporting the Head of Mass Participation with the creation and development of a plan of fundraising events, you will lead a portfolio of events, project managing a cross functional team to deliver against our objectives and KPIs.

The successful candidate will have experience of leading and developing marketing appeals and campaigns backed up by strong project management skills, in particular managing complex timing plans and multiple tasks. You'll have strong communication capabilities, being strong at building and managing relationships across multiple teams and have proven influencing and negotiation skills.
