The British Heart Foundation is the biggest funder of cardiovascular (CVD) research in the UK investing £100million each year. Since the BHF was established in 1961 the annual number of CVD deaths in the UK has fallen by half. Join us to continue fundraising for our life-saving research. 

Our work is fundamental to the health of the nation with an impact globally, so we require a world-class Supporter Services function supporting one of the organisations most valuable assets, our central supporter database.

Role summary

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our CRM and Data team as a OneCRM Process Executive. You'll be responsible for undertaking business analysis, system configuration and supporting users through change, supporting the successful delivery of projects to ensure the organisation continues to drive maximum value from its customer data.  

Skills & experience

The successful candidate will have excellent in-depth knowledge of CRM Systems as well as knowledge of fundraising, marketing and the not for profit sector.

With strong computer literacy including familiarity with data querying and data manipulation within a relational database structure, you’ll have excellent understanding of AS IS & TO BE Process mapping as well as drafting and delivering effective process re-engineering.

You’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills liaising effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders, at all levels of the business. You will also have the ability to work collaborative as part of a team and individually to meet tight deadlines.
