Role summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Business and Support Analyst to join our team and play an instrumental role in driving improvements to our digital user experience, system integration and internal system processes. You will evaluate requirements for new digital functionality from around the organisation and create detailed specifications/user stories & acceptance criteria. 

With previous exposure to the fast paced digital world, you’ll work with external agencies to ensure requirements are effectively met, including working with the end users and undertaking testing.

Skills & experience

• You’ll have solid business analysis experience and have worked with internal stakeholders previously to develop an understanding of business needs and objectives. 
• You'll have excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex solutions to a non-technical audience alongside a methodical and analytical approach. 
• With exposure to designing technical architecture, you will have the ability to juggle a range of tasks, ensuring that you see through projects you are working on.
