Heart Matters, the flagship magazine of the British Heart Foundation (BHF) supports those living with a heart condition and promotes our investment in research and our fight for every heartbeat. The magazine provides information, inspiration and support to those living with a heart condition, and the people who care for them. The online magazine complements the print version, with exclusive multimedia content and other online extras as well as updates on the latest heart health news.

We are currently looking for a Digital Content Producer to join our talented team in our Head Office in London, reporting to the Magazine Editor and working closely with the Features Editor.

The successful candidate will have passion, compassion, flair and an eye for detail to maintain the high standards set by this award-winning magazine. You will have previous experience of producing high-quality web pages using a content management system and incorporating SEO best practice. Knowing the difference between a good print headline and one that works well online, you'll be able to write compelling online stories and attention-grabbing headlines that are medically accurate too.

This is a busy team and you will need top organisational skills and the ability to work well with external agencies as well as those around the organisation. Ideally, you'll also have experience of creating email newsletters to drive traffic to a website.
