We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Change Coordinator to join us and play a vital role in the work of the BHF Portfolio Management Office team. You'll support the planning and delivery of business change initiatives, which have an impact on various parts of the organisation.
Working on the delivery of business change management for an organisation-wide upgrade of staff machines to a new operating system and associated Office 365 deliverables, you'll also assist on strategic deployments, including general support for the development of BHF's change management function.
This role will provide logistical and engagement support, ensuring that the BHF delivers business change in a way that enables a great user experience for staff, keeping everyone informed, supported and engaged throughout the process.
About you
With a basic knowledge of change management you'll have previous business analysis skills and will have advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
You'll have previous experience of working within a project team in either an internal or client-facing role and will have excellent communication skills, able to develop presentations and written comms which will be shared with a wide internal audience
You'll have excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills: able to deliver effectively on multiple concurrent projects, ensuring key deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept up to date with progress. You'll have excellent attention to detail and diligence and will be able to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders, providing an excellent customer experience
