Senior Support Worker
Our client is a national charity that’s been supporting people with learning disabilities since 1962.
They provide a range of services including supported living, residential, and short breaks and they lead the field nationally, in utilising new technology. They believe in the principle of ‘every moment has potential’ and incorporate this in the provision of all their services.
Position: Senior Support Worker
Hours: 37.5 per week
Location: Walberton, Barnham & Fontwell, Sussex
Salary: Up to £18,340 pa
Benefits: 20 days holiday rising to 25 days after the first year (plus 8 customary days), refer a friend scheme, pension, life assurance, staff awards, family friendly policies

About the role:
As Senior Support Worker you will be a role model to Support Workers to deliver great support and assist the Registered Cluster Manager to monitor, report and maintain agreed standards. You will be committed to ensuring the people we support have great lives.
This is an opportunity to develop and use your creative ideas and plan your career development.
About you:
You will need experience of implementing support plans and supervising staff.
To be able to work varied flexible hours including evenings and weekends (with potential for on-call duties)
A full, current EU/UK driving licence and willingness to drive company vehicles, as and when required is an essential.
