This prominent membership organisation is a leading professional body for their industry and one of the largest within the UK.

Description

  • Support the development and delivery of a wide range of marketing campaigns working with a range of internal teams
  • Work with external partners, agencies and suppliers to create and deliver campaigns
  • Plan, implement, manage and monitor targeted campaigns across channels, segments and customer groups with a focus on engaging and supporting learners through their qualifications
  • Utilise a mixture of channels including web, email marketing, social media, events, etc, including the production of promotion materials, digital brochures, videos, podcasts, print and digital assets
  • Source and analyse data to target campaigns effectively across channels, segments and customer groups
  • Write tailored, engaging and concise copy and promotion across channels as well as consulting with subject matter experts for technical accuracy across copy and key messages
  • Coordinate the creation and deployment of marketing collateral, including brief sheets, sales PowerPoints, FAQs, videos, podcasts, print materials, social media and assets
  • Regularly reviewing, analysing and reporting on campaign metrics and performance
  • Manage relationships with a range of stakeholders including external suppliers, and across internal departments both in the UK and in global offices

    Essential

  • Experience in B2B and B2C campaign planning and delivery
  • Experience developing engaging copy, powerful content/messaging and ability to turn complex propositions into simple and compelling messages
  • An understanding of how to utilise a range of channels (email, social media, print, events, website) for the promotion of events, services and products
  • Awareness of Google Analytics and SEO and how this plays a part in campaign activities
  • Creative and proactive approach to work, identifying areas for improvements and making appropriate recommendations
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven time management and multitasking skills with ability to prioritise time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence building relationships across the organisation and externally
  • A flexible team-player with a can do attitude
  • Desirable

    • Previous membership/association experience would be advantageous
    • CIM qualified or progressing or willing to progress towards the qualification

    Job Offer

    • A salary of £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
