Location: London EC3N 2AE 
Contract type: Full time, Permanent 
Hours: 35 per week 
Salary: £29,281 actual per annum

About the role: 

The Fundraising Operations Officer is a key influencing role within the Customer Experience Team, enabling the wider Customer Service & Insight Team to plan resource requirements for supporter fulfilment, income processing, insight requirements, data selections and data flows, for hundreds of fundraising and other communications each year. 

To optimise supporter engagement and income, you will build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders to fully understand their aims, identify how the Customer Service & Insight Team can best support them, and in turn, influence their planning. 

About you: 

You are a superb relationship builder, with strong negotiating and influencing skills. With a strong background in account management or customer service, you have proven experience of managing the conflicting needs of stakeholders to influence outcomes. You are a confident communicator, with a rigorous approach to process and are able to summarise complex information with clarity, brevity and speed. 

You are also someone who is looking for the opportunity to develop your knowledge and experience across a range of disciplines and across a varied portfolio of fundraising and other activities, within an ambitious and growing fundraising organisation.
