TPP are proud to be working with a leading and well-known international development organisation in their search for a Supporter Acquisition Team Manager (maternity cover).

A great organisation and cause to be a part of, your role will be responsible for leading their Supporter Acquisition team and helping them to achieve the teams target of recruiting 30k+ regular givers and 40k+ cash givers. You will also bring an innovative mind and lead on new product development initiatives within the acquisition strategy.

Mostly using DRTV and inserts to acquire new supporters and reach new audiences, you will use your experience to maintain this structure whilst also bringing new ideas of how to increase supporters. Line managing 5 within this position, you will also take a strong leadership role whilst also being highly collaborative.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in direct marketing and acquisition
  • Experience of planning and managing growth programmes and budgets
  • Knowledge new product development as part of an acquisition strategy
  • Confidence in line managing a team
