Help charities take their first steps towards grant funding

At Lloyds Bank Foundation, we partner with charities helping people overcome complex social issues and rebuild their lives. This starts with a single phone call, email or application form to our team of talented Programme Coordinators who help charities start their Lloyds Bank Foundation journey.

As our new Programme Coordinator, you’ll be the first port of call for charities, working in our London-based Service Delivery Team. You’ll bring excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to offer high-quality support to charities needing grant application support.

You’ll play a key role in the Foundation’s decision-making process, assessing initial grant applications and working closely with our regional Grant Managers to decide which applications to take further. Together with others in the team, you’ll be responsible for excellent grant management; from preparing the paperwork for our decision-making panels and setting up new grants on our database, to reviewing grant progress reports.

If you’re a team player who aligns with our values, is passionate about local charities and is committed to continuously improving our services for them, this is the right role for you.

How to Apply
Please email your CV and cover letter that sets out how you meet the experience, skills and competencies as specified in the Job Description (each no more than two sides of A4) to recruitment@lloydsbankfoundation.org.uk

Closing date: 5.00pm on Friday, 1st March 2019.

Please note applications received after this date will not be considered.

Please indicate if you are applying for the permanent, fixed term contract or would like to be considered for either posts.

Interviews will be held in London on Friday, 15th March 2019.

If you have not heard from us by 19th March 2019, please assume that on this occasion you have been unsuccessful.

We encourage applications from all sections of our diverse community, irrespective of age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, pregnancy, maternity, race (which includes colour, nationality and ethnic or national origins), sexual orientation, religion or belief, or because someone is married or in a civil partnership. We believe our organisation will be a better, more creative and an innovative place to work if we can harness the benefit of lots of different perspectives.

The Foundation is committed to making our recruitment practices barrier-free and as inclusive as possible for everyone. This includes making adjustments or changes for people who have a disability or long-term health condition.

If you need any ‘reasonable adjustments’ for any part of the recruitment process please let us know, in confidence, to discuss these.
