An exciting opportunity for a talented Treasury and Asset Analyst to join a growing finance team.

Since its establishment in 1973, our client has grown to be one of the largest locally based housing organisations in the East Midlands, with an annual turnover of £80 million, and properties worth over £500 million. Their mission is to provide “More homes, great services, better lives”, and our Finance team plays an integral part in the success of NCHA.

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £21,850 to £24,799 per annum

Hours: 35 per week (full time)

Closing date: 24th February 2019

Interview: 6th March 2019

About the role of Treasury and finance Analyst:

Reporting into the Finance Manager (Treasury and Regulation) this new post has been created to help meet the group financial regulatory requirements. You will provide treasury and financial planning support amongst other duties, as well as support the wider finance team.

About You:

The successful Treasury and Asset Analyst will be part qualified CIMA/ACCA and/or a degree holder in Accountancy/Finance/Law/Business related discipline.

You will be able to demonstrate knowledge and/or experience of accounting systems and will have experience of working in a performance-oriented finance/business environment.

As Treasury and Asset Analyst you will be able to demonstrate a high level of numeracy, literacy and IT skills with demonstrable ability to use high level functionality of MS spreadsheets, databases, computerised accounts packages and other related applications to retrieve and manipulate complex data.
