Salary: £20,715 - £24,668 + enhancements for Night Working & Sleep-Ins

Hours: 37hrs Full Time

About the role of Care Quality Supervisor:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Care Quality Supervisor to join the team at Patrick Court, a CQC “outstanding” rated service in Burton Latimer. This is an exciting time to join the team as they continue to develop the quality of the support provided to adults with a range of needs, including complex autism, learning disabilities and /or mental health problems.

Providing frontline management support to a highly skilled team of support workers, the successful Quality Supervisor will be passionate and dedicated to ensuring that the people they support are encouraged to reach their full potential.

A strong team player, you will also be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Active Support principles and how this can be applied to support people to achieve the best possible outcomes. Working alongside the current management team you will help the team to develop and excel, challenging and encouraging staff to continue to deliver an outstanding service.

The Care Quality Supervisor will help to support and grow a locally based care team in the provision of quality personalised care and support services. As well as contributing to contractual, statutory and organisational quality requirements and regulations.

About You:

The successful candidate will have up to date, relevant knowledge and experience of good working practice in a social care setting, as well as experience of successfully supervising staff performance and quality.

Minimum level 2 NVQ, Diploma or Apprenticeship in Health and Social Care or another relevant equivalent qualification in post expected to achieve Level 3 qualification is also required.

A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this post. As a values driven organisation you will also need a willingness to promote and adhere to the CLEAR values of our client.
