Case Study Officer

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Case Study Officer, to share the personal stories of the people that this well-known charity has helped or who are supporting the charity. The stories will help to raise awareness and funds for the charity. You will source and interview people volunteering as case studies, collating, updating and promoting new material to key stakeholders across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience of interviewing, writing and editing, as well as a sharp understanding of what makes a good quote and a strong story across marketing, PR and digital communications.


In order to apply for this role, you will have the following expertise;

• Ability to talk to people of all ages and backgrounds about often very personal and difficult issues.
• Ability to create and deliver case study content for different communication channels
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent writing, proofreading and copy editing skills
• Excellent interviewing skills
• Understanding of what makes a good story and image
• Awareness of legal issues in relation to data protection, and case study confidentiality, management and usage
• Understanding of how the media use case studies
• Understanding of project management and execution
• Understanding of (or experience in) how social media is used in a professional context, particularly in terms of content creation and distribution
