Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Neighbourhood Officer to join their Neighbourhood North team on a permanent part time basis working 17.5 hours per week.

Reporting to the Neighbourhood Manager this role requires an experienced individual with a proven track record of achieving KPI’s with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering effective customer-focused neighbourhood management.

As a Neighbourhood Officer, you will be responsible for maximising income and providing a responsive estate management service to ensure neighbourhoods are clean, safe and sustainable. You will work collaboratively across the group to champion the customer needs taking ownership of your patch being the key point of contact for customers and providing service delivery of a range of tenancy management issues.

The post holder will be able to demonstrate a positive attitude to respond to a varied range of customers’ needs. The successful candidate will be able to evidence they can deal with difficult situations and use a problem-solving approach to respond to enquiries. It is essential that you can demonstrate experience in working with customers, partners and external agencies to ensure their neighbourhoods are attractive places to live.
