Job Details
A very well known international and social justice charity is currently in need of a Philanthropy Manager to join their team in London, starting ASAP - immediately would be ideal!
The position will be for an initial 3 months as an interim solution, with a possibility of an extension thereafter. They would ideally like someone to work 4 days per week, but can be flexible either side of this.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the charity's talent section to identify artists who are in a position to include financial giving as part of their wider ambassadorial role for the charity.
- Working with colleagues to design suitable pre-trip briefings for individual philanthropists, helping to emphasis the benefits of supporting the charity directly, as opposed to partners/beneficiaries.
- Working with a partner organisation to develop the charity's online portal for individual major donors, driving this project forwards.
- Representing the charity in relevant philanthropic circles, specifically targeting a defined target audience.
