Salary: Between £80,000 - £90,000 dependant on experience. The role can also be undertaken on a 4-day week, pro rata.

Gambling is a public health issue. It is estimated that there are no less than 2 million people in Britain suffering gambling-related harms including 340,000 adults who are compulsive gamblers. GambleAware is an independent charity that funds research, prevention and treatment services to help reduce gambling-related harms.

Over the past three years we have grown both in impact and scale, strengthened our governance and increased capacity. Now is an exciting time to join GambleAware as we seek a new Chief Finance Officer to help us as we embark on the next stage of this journey to deliver our commissioning plans. We are an organisation with a culture that practises collaborative, open and transparent leadership, and as such you will be an empathetic, flexible and collaborative leader who can win hearts and minds as well as deal with the numbers. Although this a strategic role we are a small team and so you must be able to roll your sleeves up and be administratively self-sufficient.
