FUNDRAISING MANAGER FOR ISLE OF MAN HERITAGE CHARITY
This is a 'once in a lifetime' career opportunity to become the first fundraising professional for the Isle of Man's much loved cultural and natural heritage charity;
Manx National Heritage (MNH) the umbrella name for the Manx Museum and National Trust - celebrating the natural and cultural heritage of the island. The scenery is very varied and astonishingly beautiful, and heritage is everywhere – from castles to museums, woodland to farms, galleries to wildlife.
The time is right to appoint our first ever fundraising manager who will work with companies, trusts, local organisations, individuals and the community to raise money to do even more with the island’s amazing spaces, places and collections. We are looking for someone with strong fundraising experience, so you can hit the ground running and although specific heritage/arts/wildlife/conservation experience would be useful, if you are a great fundraiser and can show that you have a keen interest in these issues that will be fine.
Salary c£30k per annum based on experience
Initially up to 3 year term, opportunity for permanent thereafter
Based at the Manx Museum, Kingswood Grove, Douglas Isle of Man
