The Grant System Information Analyst will support staff across CIFF with the use of the grant management system in line with their requirements. They will lead on reporting, maintenance, development and data integrity to ensure that the system delivers for every person within our organisation and all our Grantees. Acting as a primary super user, the Grant System Information Analyst will work closely with the Finance Planning and Performance Improvement Manager in maintaining and improving upon CIFF's grants database to undertake routine and more complex grant management activities. This multifaceted role will also be responsible for developing training materials and providing group or individual training when required.
The right candidate will have a track record of working with Grant Information Systems and understand how to use and convert large volumes of data to meaningful decision making material. Alongside their knowledge of Finance and Management Information reporting requirements, they will be able to demonstrate advanced Excel skills and a good working knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic or similar. They will be experienced in continuous improvement methodologies and process analysis, and will also be comfortable communicating at all levels to ensure the improvement and effectiveness of our grant system.
