Position: Service Manager
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £27,000 to £31,500 p.a. pro rata plus Outer London Weighting

About the role:
As Service Manager, you will oversee the delivery of services at the 3 current secure sites in East London, Havering and Redbridge and the hospital base is Goodmayes Hospital. You will demonstrate experience of advocacy and service delivery in secure settings and ensure that the current service meets contractual targets.
This role will be working to strengthen voice, champion rights and change lives for the people they work with.
In order to be considered for this role you will need to have had previous experience of managing and delivering services to different service user groups, including motivating and leading teams.
You will also have an understanding of the principles of Advocacy and a strong commitment to support people to have their voices heard.
Any knowledge or an understanding of Mental Health and Learning Disabilities would be a bonus but is not essential to be successful in this role.
You may have experience of the following: Service Manager, Advocate, Senior Care Coordinator, Business Support Manager, Service Delivery, Healthcare, Project Manager, Process Improvement, Change Manager, Social Worker, Community Care, Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, Impact Advisor etc.
