This Director will oversee our development and engagement strategy which includes partnership strategy through fund raising, communications, events and church relations.

We are passionate about establishing, developing and maintain UK partnerships in order to further the Kingdom of God. We are excited to grow relationships with churches to help them fulfil their vision to bring the Gospel to the least-reached in the UK and around the world. It is wonderful to see the transformation these partnerships can bring when the Church and OM work together.

The Director of Strategic Partnerships is a senior divisional role within OM UK, responsible for leading this division in all its aspects in order to ensure a healthy and vibrant team and ensure alignment and integration with OM UK’s strategy.



Salary: TBC depending on experience

Start Date:To be arranged

Contract:1 - 2 years or longer

Hours: 35 hours per week

Location: OM UK National Office, The Quinta, SY10 7LT
