Unicef ensures more of the world’s children are vaccinated, educated and protected than any other organisation. We have done more to influence laws and policies to help protect children than anyone else. We get things done. And we’re not going to stop until the world is a safe place for all our children.

Unicef UK's Fundraising team is responsible for raising funds (from non-statutory sources) to finance Unicef's long-term development and emergency relief work with children. The Corporate Fundraising team aims to increase support from the commercial sector and has been very successful with significant long-term partnerships.

We have an opportunity for an experienced corporate fundraiser to join this sector-leading team. As Senior Corporate Fundraising Executive, you will manage the ongoing development and implementation of Unicef UK’s strategy to significantly grow income through companies donating up to £100,000 a year.

You will prospect, manage and grow a wide portfolio of corporate supporters. You will provide support for employee fundraising campaigns, emergency appeals and corporate donations and your portfolio will include companies from many sectors and of all sizes, including SMEs as well as some larger companies.

To succeed in this role, you will have excellent communication, digital and administrative skills are important, along with the ability to juggle competing demands. We are looking for a self-starter with drive and creativity, able to work independently and drive a strategy forward to grow income. Experience in corporate fundraising is essential.

Act now and visit www.unicef.org.uk/jobs to apply online.

Closing date: 5pm on Monday, 27 March 2017.

Interview date:  Thursday 6 April 2017.

We welcome applications from a diverse range of people, respecting and drawing on different perspectives, skills, experience and knowledge.

The successful candidate will be required to apply for a Basic Disclosure from Disclosure Scotland. A criminal record will not necessarily bar you from working with us. This will depend on the nature of the role and the circumstances of your offences.

We only accept online applications as this saves us money, making more funds available for us to help ensure children’s rights. CVs will not be accepted.

If you require support in completing the online form or an application form in an alternative format, please contact Supporter Care on 0300 330 5580.

If you do not hear from us within 14 days of the closing date, please assume your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion. Please note that we only provide feedback to shortlisted candidates.
