Salary: £31,000 - £34,000 per annum
Reporting to: Community & Development Manager
Responsible for: Playworkers, positive behaviour support workers, and staff working on services with a more targeted focus on children with disabilities.
Annual Leave: 28 days per annum (including public holidays) pro-rata
Hours: 35 hours per week
Job Purpose and Context:
PACE aims to eliminate discrimination, promote equality of opportunity and provide the opportunity for children, young people and families to gain a greater understanding and acceptance of each other.
The post holder will lead on the delivery of PACE Short Breaks services and other services for children with disabilities and SEN and expand the scope and range of services supporting this client group.
An introduction to PACE:
PACE is a user-led, grass-roots charity founded in 2011 by a group of parents and play work professionals in Camden to establish high quality inclusive play services in the borough. We now operate a range of services for children aged 2-18 years. We enjoy strong links within the local community and employ a highly experienced, expert staff team.
