Classical Music Administrator
Our client, one of the world's great conservatoires in London, has a great opening for a Faculty Administrator to join their team on a full time temporary basis. The post holder will play a fundamental part in coordinating assessments and being the first point of contact for students, professors and administrative staff.
Working closely with the Vocal Faculty and Opera School Manager, you will be responsible for providing organisational and administrative support for various projects. Managing the Head of Vocal Faculty's diary, you will process and distribute correspondence to staff and prepare agendas for meetings. The successful post holder will take all responsibility in booking examiners including negotiation of fees, handling claim forms, feedback forms and scheduling.
In order to be considered for this post, you will have appropriate experience of working in an administrative capacity within a classical music context. You must also hold a Higher Education qualification or equivalent to qualify for this position.
It is essential that the successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office and be methodical and well-organised with a welcoming, helpful and professional manner.
