We’re recruiting a part-time Finance Processing Admin Assistant to provide financial support to the BHF’s award-winning Fundraising division. Based at our Operations Centre in Birmingham you will support our Fundraising teams, supporters and volunteers providing a high level service for financial processing, accounting and banking.
Skills & experience
Working in a busy, fast-paced office you will be able to multi-task with a high level of flexibility ensuring work is completed to a high standard, sometimes to tight deadlines. You'll be IT literate with a good working knowledge of CRM systems, or other database packages, and have a keen eye for detail and accuracy in the work that we do.
Putting the customer first you'll possess exceptional communication skills and provide a high level of customer service. You will also have strong organisational and planning skills ensuring that work is completed in a seamless process.
