Are you seeking a communications role that encompasses both the development and execution of strategy?
Our client, a global environmental campaigning organisation, whose aim is to achieve sustainable societies internationally is working with Prospectus to recruit a Communications Manager. The role is initially offered on a fixed term 12 month contract and is likely to become permanent.
Reporting to the Head of International Communications, you will be responsible for developing and delivering hard-hitting communications campaigns relating to global climate change initiatives. Being able to work strategically, you will be project managing a variety of communications programmes across all channels including media, events, digital and traditional channels whilst working effectively with stakeholders to conceptualise ideas and translate them into clear messages and objectives.
The successful candidate will have significant communications expertise and will have experience creating integrated strategies for complex initiatives. This person will be confident leading a communications team and they will be happy to be involved in providing 'hands on' delivery with various tasks. In addition to this, the ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of working competently with policy leaders and a broad range of stakeholders ideally at an international level.
