Advice Centre Team Leader – Ellesmere Port

Hours per week: 37 hours across 5 working days
Type of contract: Permanent subject to funding

 

Cheshire West Citizens Advice is the largest independent provider of generic advice within the district with all of our front line services being staffed by our volunteer teams.

We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative Team Leader to supervise and support the Ellesmere Port Advice Centre service. You will be responsible for overseeing the service to clients of Ellesmere Port, delivering within the new advice model, ensuring seamless service provision from the first point of contact onwards. You will supervise a team of volunteers providing feedback, support and encouragement to aid their development with the service. Growth of the volunteer team will also play an important role so you will be active in recruiting volunteers from the community. You will have excellent communication skills with an ability to work in a fast paced environment handling administration systems, client interactions and supporting volunteers.
