As Director of Operations you will be a key member of the Senior Management Team responsible for the delivery of efficient, high quality services to Community Links service users providing leadership to the Operational Management Team.
With 250 employees, 30 volunteers and an annual income of over £8m, Community Links has a reputation for delivering top quality mental health services.
We are looking for an outstanding individual, who is high-performing and passionate about the provision of exceptional mental health services.
We require an innovative, strategic leader who will continue to build on our well-earned reputation for innovation and excellence. We are bold in our ambitions and firmly believe we can make change happen.
You will have extensive management experience at senior level with a thorough understanding of mental health service provision, quality frameworks and policy issues. You will be educated to degree level, possess an equivalent management or professional qualification (ILM, RMN, SW OT etc.) or demonstrate substantial equivalent experience.
We only hire the best people therefore to succeed in post you will already be a leader in your field, with a thorough understanding of operational service-delivery.
You will have a track record of significant achievement and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence decision makers.
