Building Better Opportunities multi-agency Big Lottery Fund / ESF funded programme, New Leaf’ is an innovative project, targeting individuals furthest away from the labour market in the Cheshire and Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership area, to help them on their journey towards employment.
Led by a Housing Association in Warrington, working in partnership with 30 other organisations, New Leaf will support 2,800 individuals over a three year period, providing a tailored service, giving individual support and direction.

Our client are seeking a person who is experienced in managing client case loads, and intensively supporting clients to identify and address individual barriers.

To meet this aim you will be you will have experience in providing high quality information, advice, and mentoring support to develop employability skills to enable the hardest to reach to move closer towards employment and training.

With caseload management experience and delivering a quality assured service, you will also have effective approach to customer care and excellent interpersonal, motivational and influencing skills with an ability to work  to other organisations to meet the needs of clients.

This position is fully funded by Building Better Opportunities Big Lottery and the European Social Funds.
